Our Community

Are you looking for a way to get involved, fight back, take action and make a difference?

If you are looking for ways to connect with other like-minded, liberal-thinking individuals who care deeply about our society and our country’s future and hopefully make lifelong friendships in the process, why not consider becoming part of our First Parish Plymouth UU Community?

And perhaps, along the way, you’ll find something more – a place where your spirit is nurtured, your questions welcomed and your hope renewed. In our UU community, we journey together, find meaning, care for one another and draw courage from our shared values.

Come as you are and find a place where you can grow, belong and help make the world a little more loving.

Ways to get involved in our community.

There are many ways to be involved with our community.

* Make an appointment to meet with our minister, Reverend Rumni, to talk about your hopes and ideas by emailing revrumni@gmail.com
* Attend a service in the Parish House Chapel on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m.
* Join us for coffee and fellowship hour following the Sunday service.

*Join a committee that speaks to your strengths and interests. Here is a listing of our various committees.

Becoming a member
If you would like to become a member, notify the minister or a congregation member of your interest. You will be invited to attend a class to learn more of our
history and shared values. You will then sign the membership book; membership is finalized by signing the book during a designated church service ceremony.
